Scott Bendure Joins Pinnacle as Financial Advisor and Area Director


Three more talented associates expand Shady Grove team

Scott bendure joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as a financial advisor and area manager for the company’s client advisory group in Memphis, as well as financial advisors Travis Hugues and Kim Tisserand. All are based at the company’s main office in Memphis at 949 S. Shady Grove Rd. Assistant Financial Advisor Chris Baumgardner also joined the Shady Grove office team.

Curvature comes to Pinnacle with 17 years of experience in financial services. He has spent the past 11 years with Truist Private Wealth Management, where he was Managing Director and Wealth Advisor. Prior to joining Truist, Bendure worked for Regions Bank in their private client services group as an advisor, in partnership with Morgan Keegan (now Raymond James). His practice will focus on financial, estate, business succession, investment and insurance planning, as well as the rest of the full suite of solutions offered with Pinnacle Financial Partners.

Bendure currently holds its Series 24, 7 and 66 securities licenses in addition to its life and health insurance license. He received a BA from the University of Memphis and an MBA from Union University. Bendure sits on the executive committee of the board of directors of the Orpheum Theater Group and is involved in other civic and social organizations throughout the city.

Hugues brings 17 years of financial services experience to his role, most recently as Vice President of Pathway Lending, where he managed the Memphis Small Business Opportunity Loan fund. In addition to Pathway, he worked at Gateway Group, Regions Bank and Bank of America, all in Memphis. Hughes received a BA from the University of Phoenix and an MA from New England College.

Weaver came to Pinnacle from Renasant Bank in Memphis, where she was Senior Vice President and Head of Relations. She has 30 years of financial services experience, including roles for First American Bank (now Regions Bank), Enterprise National Bank and Community Bank of Germantown. Weaver received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and completed additional training at the Paul W. Barret School of Banking and the Commercial School of Banking of the American Bankers Association. She is a member of the board of directors of the Germantown Performing Arts Guild.

Baumgardner came to Pinnacle from SunTrust Bank (now Truist) in Memphis, where he was a wealth support specialist for nine years. His 11 years of experience also includes work for Bank of America. Baumgardner graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is the youth minister at Saint Andrew’s Church in Collierville, TN.
