TiVo is now pushing out the TiVo Fall 2006 Service Update featuring enhanced support for recording live events, WPA network security, and improved system performance.

You can request the update pull if you have a TiVo Series 2 with TiVo Service Numbers that begins with the following: 110, 130, 140, 230, 240, 264, 275, 540, 565, 590, 595, and 649.

You'll need the full service number before you can request the priority update. Updates can take a few days to process.
