For the traveler who wants to record and watch TV using their Windows-based notebook, the Pinnacle's PCTV HD Pro Stick is the ticket. It will record HDTV and standard TV both over-the-air and on cable. It also records video from any S-video or composite video signal, including VHS tapes.

What's in the box?
HDTV Pro stick, antenna, remote control, USB extension wire, AV capture dongle and software.

What's to like... or not?
Upside: Media Center compatible, very small, easy to use and good HD and TV quality.
Downside: Will not record HDTV signals from TV cable (known as QAM), requires powerful computer (take the system requirements seriously), not Mac compatible, works best where TV signals are strong, software could be more nimble and electronic program guide requires paid subscription after first year.
